Dear fellow American in Estonia:

I am writing for two purposes:

First, to check that your emergency-contact email address on file in the Consular Section is still correct;

Secondly, to ask whether you would like your name and contact information shared with other Embassy sections, such as the Public Affairs Section, for the purpose of receiving notice of upcoming public events with Embassy officials, and of other programs of interest to Americans. Your contact information remains protected under the Privacy Act and will not be shared beyond the Embassy.

Please reply to the sending email address (ACSTallinn@state.gov), answering "Yes" or "No" as to whether or not you want your contact information shared with other Embassy offices for the non-emergency purposes described above.
